          โครงสร้าง กระบวนการทำงาน และกลไกในการควบคุมการทำงานของอวัยวะต่าง ๆ ในร่างกายของสัตว์ ประกอบด้วย ระบบประสาท ระบบไหลเวียนเลือด ระบบกล้ามเนื้อ ระบบหายใจ ระบบทางเดินอาหาร ระบบขับถ่ายของเสีย ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อและระบบสืบพันธุ์ กลไกการปรับตัวทางสรีรวิทยาในสภาวะแวดล้อมต่างๆ ศึกษาในห้องปฎิบัติการ
